As the Accounts Payable Manager at All Points Broadband, you run our day-to-day AP function and oversee the full cycle, from vendor onboarding to invoice processing to payment. You make sure every payment is accurate and on time. You bring a strong accounting background and understand how GL coding flows through to the financial statements. This is a hands-on role. You will process AP work yourself while you lead the team and the process.

• Run the full AP cycle, from invoice receipt and coding to approval and payment.
• Process invoices and payments yourself, including ACH, wire, and check runs. Manage vendor portals and cover for team members when needed.
• Onboard new vendors and keep vendor records accurate.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and invoice discrepancies.
• Manage payment terms and capture early-payment discounts.
• Work with Procurement, Accounting, Operations, and Treasury to resolve escalations.

• Maintain internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Follow company policy, watch for fraud risk, and raise concerns early.
• Support audits and complete 1099 reporting.
• Complete reconciliations and meet month-end close deadlines.

• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team.
• Set clear performance expectations and monitor workloads so deadlines are met.
• Recommend staffing and workflow changes as the business grows.

• Improve AP workflows, including system enhancements and automation.
• Document AP procedures and maintain training materials and policy guidance.
• Track invoice cycle time, accuracy, and on-time payments, and act on the results.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years as an AP Manager, leading AP staff or an AP function.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including how transactions flow and how GL coding affects the financial statements.
• Experience processing high invoice volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls.
• Organized, with close attention to detail.
• A customer-service mindset, with comfort working across teams and resolving escalations.

• Experience in project-based accounting, such as construction, telecommunications, or utilities.
• Hands-on experience with Net Suite and Ramp.

Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia.

We believe in transparent and fair pay. The expected base pay range listed below for this position is based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for annual bonus.
