Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and agency policies
- Support budget development and monitoring
- Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting
- Provide guidance to junior accounting staff
- Other duties as assigned
