The Senior Finance Analyst role drives financial governance and operational efficiency by overseeing white-collar cost management, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP controls. Partnering across functions, the Senior Analyst delivers accurate financial reporting and actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.

Remote or hybrid; strong preference for candidates located near Arlington, VA, Solon, OH, or Bridgewater, NJ to support regular onsite collaboration.

• Partner with stakeholders to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with business objectives
• Analyze expenses, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP); working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business applications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS)
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Adaptable and able to rapidly learn new tools, systems, and ways of working

Salary: $90,438.00 to $ per year
