SUITE 102 [Administrative Assistant / Receptionist] As an Agency Representative at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Open and sort mail received on a daily basis as outlined in department procedure and distribute all department mail on a daily basis;
Process all requests from external vendors, patients, co-workers, etc;
Assist in completing basic work lists for the department;
Consistently receive & review daily reports for distribution;
File all required paperwork by retention policies;
Direct any problems with accounts or where additional intervention is needed to the appropriate personnel.
