Job Title: Household Manager/Family Assistant

Location: Richmond, VA (23222)

Employment Type: Part-Time | 10–15 hours/week (10 hours/week guaranteed)

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and/or Friday preferred; 4-5 hours/day. Core hours between 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Compensation: 30–35 per hour, based on experience

About Our Family

We are a busy, driven couple both running demanding careers that keep us constantly on the move. We have two cats who we consider a part of our family, we love celebrating the seasons in a big way-especially Halloween and Christmas-and we take our health seriously when it comes to what we eat. We are a gluten-free and dairy-free household and appreciate a fridge and pantry that reflect that. Our current weekly cleaner handles the heavy scrubbing, but what we are missing is the connective tissue--someone who keeps everything running smoothly between visits, anticipates what we need before we know we need it, and quietly makes the home feel like a place where we can relax, reconnect, and recharge.
