We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team and help us maintain the pristine quality of our vehicles.

Job Overview:

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing both new and pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence. This role is crucial to delivering a first-class experience for our customers and ensuring that every vehicle reflects the luxury and precision associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.

Apply protective finishes to vehicle exteriors and interiors.

Inspect vehicles for flaws and imperfections, reporting any damage to the appropriate personnel.

Use specialized tools, cleaning agents, and products to ensure vehicles are immaculate.

Maintain the cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment.

Assist in moving vehicles to and from the service area, as well as organizing vehicle inventory on the lot.

Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure all vehicles are detailed to customer expectations and dealership standards.

Perform additional tasks as required to support the dealership's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a car detailer or in an automotive-related role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars.

Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
