Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

IF team, part of the Data & Digital division.

• Lead voice‑of‑customer and prospect interviews, consolidating results into key user stories and prioritizing the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering teams (mostly in Poland) to deliver on the roadmap.
• Prioritize AI product and solution roadmap in coordination with D&D and the Jacobs AI team.
• Forecast product financial outlook by defining market potential, pricing, and long‑term costs.
• Define product marketing work, including value‑proposition statements.
• Work with people teams across Jacobs to maintain clear, organized conversation and documentation.
• Prioritize products and paths to market that leverage Jacobs’ global footprint.

• 5–10 years total experience in product management for enterprise software and digital tools.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning or business planning (MBA or equivalent).
• Interest in transportation, water, mobility, or energy.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software and AI, including market sizing and pricing.
• Comfort conducting qualitative customer interviews and making decisions quickly.
• Excellent executive‑level communication skills (written, visual, verbal).
• Ability to drive projects from concept to completion in ambiguous environments.

• Experience in AI products and solutions.
• Experience in the AEC industry or related industries.
• Experience with Dev Ops, Jira, or related tools.
