🤝 Team: Small, collaborative, high‑energy group

• Lots of outbound calls to candidates & hiring managers
• Driving business development activities and new client outreach
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Helping match great people with great opportunities
• Act as a connector between top talent and hiring managers across industries supporting contract, contract‑to‑hire, and perm placements

We’re seeking candidates with experience in any of the following:

• Sales or account management
• Recruiting or staffing industry experience
• High‑volume outreach or relationship‑building roles
