About this role

The Member Service Lead Qualification Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering highly intent leads to our Member Agents. You will engage high‑priority inbound leads, qualify and disposition buyers or sellers, and disburse qualified opportunities to agents via warm transfer. Your interactions will include potential home buyers, sellers, residential real estate agents, and brokers.

What you will do
  • Conduct comprehensive vetting of leads received through outbound and inbound phone calls, as well as emails, to ensure they meet our qualification criteria.
  • Intercept and manage inbound calls on behalf of member agents, performing thorough vetting during these calls.
  • Engage directly with consumers interested in the home buying and selling process to connect them to our member agents.
  • Use established criteria and tools to assess the potential of each lead and determine suitability, analyzing responses and data for credibility.
  • Ensure only qualified leads are forwarded to member agents for a streamlined lead‑generation process.
  • Deliver a summary of the opportunity and client needs to Member Agents via their pres elected preferred communication channels.
  • Utilize consumer and client feedback to optimize and enhance product offerings.
  • Participate in continuous professional development, world‑class training, coaching, and mentorship.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
  • Track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center and/or professional experience.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service—preferably in real estate.
  • Strong time‑management skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interview and assess leads.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating lead quality.
  • Customer‑focused approach and commitment to high‑quality support.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
