Finance Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Preparation of suppliers purchase orders
• Processing suppliers’ invoices and payments
• Suppliers’ reconciliation
• Preparing sales invoices & posting receipts
• Process petty cash transactions
  
  Monitoring receipts and update related report
• Bank reconciliations
• Updating the trial balance up to management accounts level
• Assist in the preparation of management reports
• Other ad hoc reports as maybe required by management.

• Excellent written communication and organizational skills in English
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and to prioritize effectively
• An analytical thinker and problem-solver
• Action oriented with a can-do attitude
An effective team player with good interpersonal skills to create a rapport with your team and other departments
• Experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset, however, training in the job will be provided as may be required.
• Very well organised and able to efficiently multi-task
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Able to handle/manage pressure/tight deadlines.

• Advanced Level and/or AAT qualification in accounts
• Ideally, 2 years work experience in a similar role.
