Purchasing Manager – Levy Restaurants
Levy Restaurants seeks a Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing, warehousing, and inventory management at the brand new Car Max Park. The role will implement best practices, drive supply chain process improvements, and lead location purchasing teams.
Responsibilities- Maintain show quality and inventory control across all areas.
- Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
- Establish rapport with team members, management, and partners.
- Employ safety and sanitation practices.
- Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
- Achieve daily sales and cost goals and assigned budget goals.
- Contribute to required daily reporting and month‑end closing.
- Ensure team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines and safety standards.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback.
- Promote a cooperative work climate to maximize productivity and morale.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines.
- Display a positive attitude toward team members.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
- Experience in supply chain or purchasing.
- Degree in business, supply chain management, hospitality, or similar preferred.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity for new technology and industry trends.
