* Provide comprehensive coordination across all phases of event delivery, from planning and logistics to onsite setup, production, and post-event closeout.
* Serve as dedicated support resource for the team through administrative tasks to enable seamless event operations and team success.
* Create compelling branded event materials and signage to enhance guest experience.
* Leverage Swoogo Event Platform to streamline event execution and deliver, polished professional event communications and websites.
* Prepare essential items such as nametags, gift bags, seating charts, and registration lists.
* Maintain accurate event documentation and support post-event follow-up to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
* Bachelor’s degree required;
Hospitality Management, Marketing preferred.
* Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation a plus.
* 3+ years of corporate meeting and event planning experience.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and solution-driven.
* Proficient in Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Web Ex;
Swoogo experience preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel overnight, and work occasional evenings/overtime.
* Richmond, VA-based (no relocation).
* English required.
