Account Manager

Job Description Serves as the designated Local Point of Contact for all Authorized Users statewide, supported by a designated backup.
Is available by phone 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST and by email 6:00 AM 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Processes service requests: acknowledges within three (3) business days, gives no-candidate notice within seven (7), and confirms selections within one (1).
Coordinates candidate submissions, interviews, and assessments at no cost to agencies, including emergency sourcing.
Oversees background checks, pass-through screenings, licensure verification, and certification tracking before start dates.
Conducts QA checks at the two-week mark and provides replacements within seven (7) calendar days to avoid invoice reductions.
Ensures timecard, invoice, overtime, and eVA purchase order compliance, including the 1,040-hour PO cap.
Manages contract transition, the kick-off meeting, quarterly DPS reviews, sales and surcharge fee reporting, and small business subcontracting reporting. Skill set info Public-sector temporary staffing account management.
Knowledge of eVA ordering, the Virginia Public Procurement Act, and the DGS/DPS Vendors Manual.
Understanding of pay rate, markup, and bill rate structures and of overtime and holiday billing.
Screening and employment compliance: background checks, E-Verify, EEO, and HIPAA/PII safeguarding.
Excel reporting, ATS/VMS, and timekeeping systems.
Strong communication, escalation, and multi-agency prioritization. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent staffing account management experience. Certifications (if required) Preferred: ASA Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), SHRM-CP or PHR, VCO/VCA or eVA training, and HIPAA awareness training.
