Description Project Manager

Receive and manage project requests, ensuring clear understanding of client or internal needs
Develop comprehensive project strategies and creative briefs for each assignment, outlining:
- What is needed and the desired outcome
- Why the project is necessary
- Key messaging and communication points
- Required images, branding, and project mandatories
- Final deliverables
- Budget considerations
- Project timeline
- References to previous or related projects
- Key contacts and individuals involved in review and approval processes
Determine when a kickoff meeting is necessary and coordinate meetings for larger or more complex projects
Build detailed project timelines and establish milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure project alignment and quality standards
Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Skills and

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in creative, marketing, or related fields
Strong inventory management experience with excellent excel skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to develop strategic plans and detailed project briefs
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
