Guardian is seeking a Key DSO Dental Account Manager to lead the recruitment, onboarding, retention, and management of national, regional, and mid-sized Dental Support Organizations (DSOs). In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned DSOs while collaborating internally to deliver exceptional service, maintain compliance, and strengthen Guardian's dental network.

• Knowledgeableaboutdentalbenefitproducts,includingPPOandDHMOplans.
• Organizedandself-directed,capableofhandlingmultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment.

• 5+yearsofexperienceindentalnetworkrecruitment,provider relations,providercontracting,ordirectsales.
• 5+yearsofexperiencewithinamanagedcareenvironmentworkingwithdentalproviders.
• Experiencenegotiatingprovidercontractsandreimbursementarrangements.
• Experiencemanagingrelationshipswithlargedentalgroups,DSOs,orproviderorganizations.
• Strong presentation,communication,negotiation,andrelationshipmanagementskills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word ,Excel,Outlook,and PowerPoint.
• Abilitytotraveloccasionallybasedonbusinessneeds.

• Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentrelatedbusinessexperience.
• DirectDSOrecruitmentandaccountmanagementexperience.
• SalesforceCRMexperience.
• Knowledgeofdentalnetworkoperations,credentialing,re-credentialing,andregulatoryrequirements.
• Experienceanalyzingproviderutilizationtrendsanddevelopingactionplans.

• Recruitanddeveloprelationshipswithnational,regional,andmid-sized

• Negotiateprovidercontracts,reimbursementarrangements,andnetworkparticipationagreementswhilebalancinggrowthandfinancialobjectives.
• ServeastheprimarypointofcontactforassignedDSOs,ensuringexcellentservice,issue resolution,andongoingpartnershipdevelopment.
• Present Guardian'svalueproposition,products,andnetworkopportunitiestoexecutiveleadershipwithinDSOorganizations.
• Partnerwithinternalteamsincludingproviderrelations,credentialing,compliance,operations,andnetworkmanagementtodeliveraseamlessDSOexperience.
• Leadonboardingandrelationshipmanagementinitiativesthatimprovepartnersatisfaction,retention,andoperationalefficiency.
• Monitorprovidernetworkperformance,directoryaccuracy,compliance requirements,andutilizationtrendstoidentifyopportunitiesandmitigaterisks.
• Supportre-credentialing,delegatedcredentialing,qualityreviewactivities,audits,andotherstrategicnetworkprojects.
• Identifymarkettrends,competitivechallenges,andemergingDSOopportunities,providingrecommendationstoleadershiptosupportnetworkgrowth.
• Maintainaccuraterecords,reporting,andaccountdocumentationwithinCRMsystemsandinternaldatabases.

This role is remote.
