The salary range for this position will be $250,000 to $290,000. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education and location.  SUMMARY Leads the Enterprise Transformation Management Office (E-TMO) governance model, establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide standards, reporting practices, and oversight across strategic initiatives. Drives executive governance cadence, aligns cross-functional priorities, manages dependencies and risks, removes delivery roadblocks, and ensures accountability for achieving program outcomes and benefits realization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

** Own the Enterprise TMO (E-TMO) governance model and enforce standards
*** Own the TMO governance model across the O&M enterprise, running the Enterprise TMO as the PMO of PMOs
* Set direction and priorities for initiative owners across all functional PMOs and at ELT level
* Define and enforce one shared reporting standard: cadence, stage gates, status definitions, and data quality
** Run the E-TMO rhythm
*** Chair the governance rhythm: initiative reviews, monthly program review, and ELT reporting
* Maintain a single enterprise view of initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits
* Challenge owners on plans and baselines, and track benefit realization against baseline
** Unblock delivery and build the E-TMO team
*** Update the ELT on program status, and escalate and clear roadblocks owners cannot resolve
