Child Care Aide - N-Deck - Rotating

A $1,000 Sign On Bonus is offered for full-time Aide positions accepted by November 30th, 2025, and a $500 Sign On Bonus for part-time or PRN Aide offers accepted by the same date. Terms and conditions apply.

The Child Care Aide assists teaching staff in implementing activity planning and provides a safe, secure environment for children six weeks to fourteen years of age. This role ensures interactions with children support their self-esteem and promote growth and development, making learning a fun process that allows children to explore their full potential.

The Child Care Aide communicates effectively and respectfully with parents and team members, supporting parents in achieving their parenting goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age (paid or unpaid)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 24 hours of coursework in early childhood education or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Respond to the needs of children
• Implement lesson plans for assigned classrooms
• Document children’s daily progress and activities and prepare reports for parents
• Ensure the classroom is clean, neat, and free of health hazards

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for shift rotations and weekends as negotiated during the interview
• Physical ability to lift less than 20 lbs, frequent bending, and climbing
• Mental and sensory abilities including strong recall, reasoning, problem-solving, and clear communication
