• Oversee and supervise all glazing activities on the job site.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members for efficient project execution.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Report any issues or delays to the Project Manager (PM) in a timely manner.
• Submit a detailed daily report to the PM at the end of each work day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• City Service and Contract Glazing Installation experience.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others.
• Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures.
• Positive customer service orientation.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Able to work well with other team members.
