HVAC/MEP PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Construction Management with 5+ years of commercial project management, HVAC/MEP experience
• Contacts in the area that will help with business development
• Excellent communication skills with multiple levels
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Technology savvy

Job Summary:

Manages all aspects of HVAC/MEP projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of control projects. Accountable for assigned projects scope of work schedule, and budget.
