True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead roadway and bridge projects in Virginia. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with owners, agencies, and subcontractors.
This is a high-responsibility role with ownership of project outcomes in a self-perform environment. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of heavy civil PM experience, a civil engineering/CM background, OSHA 30, and familiarity with Heavy Job, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
