MDS Staffing is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager for Virginia-based highway, road, and bridge work. Direct hire with a base salary of $140,000–$180,000 plus bonus and full benefits.
You’ll own projects from planning through closeout, reporting to senior leadership with a strong, no-nonsense team culture. The role requires 5–10+ years in heavy/highway civil construction, strong cost control and scheduling skills, and solid experience with DOT/VDOT regulations.
