You will support a Senior PM with submittals, RFIs, procurement, and cost tracking on active projects, with increasing responsibility as you prove you can manage owner/interface duties.
You should have 2–5 years in heavy civil or related fields, a civil engineering or construction management background, and a willingness to relocate to the Richmond area if needed.
