They produce one integrated CPM programme covering everything to be delivered, broken down by WBS so each deliverable has a named owner, and consistent with how the client means to contract, buy and control the work. They decide how the baseline gets fixed, run each update cycle, and arrange the programme so a director sees a summary while a package manager sees detail.

Dates and hand-offs between the main parties are agreed by negotiation; progress reports come with commentary explaining what moved and why; resources are loaded on request. Programmes submitted by contractors get checked for sound logic and practice. Pull planning workshops fall to this role too, as does input to risk sessions feeding a quantitative risk analysis (QRA).

It also writes Linesight’s own scheduling procedures and brings on junior schedulers. Candidates should show QRA work on life sciences or mission critical schemes, be fluent in Primavera P6, be exact about quality, and hold a degree, or equivalent experience, in construction or project management. Interviews happen face to face or over video.

Pay is published as USD 125,000 to USD 175,000 a year, depending on experience, skills and education. There is no closing date.
