We are seeking a dependable laborer to support our grading and excavation crews. Duties include assisting with site preparation, installing pipe and drainage materials, using hand and power tools, and keeping the jobsite clean and safe. Applicants should be willing to work outdoors, perform physical labor, follow instructions, and work well with a crew. Construction experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.

• Help grading and excavation crews prepare jobsites.
• Assist with installing pipe, drainage systems, and other site materials.
• Use hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Help with digging, shoveling, and moving materials.
• Keep work areas clean and follow jobsite safety practices.
• Work with the crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.
