Kingfisher Recruiting is assisting in placing a Roadway Superintendent for active Richmond-area projects. You will oversee roadway and utility crews on highway sites, coordinating field operations and ensuring safety and production targets are met.
The role requires 5+ years of heavy civil roadway/utility supervision with DOT/VDOT experience, and you should be based in or willing to relocate to Central Virginia. This is a full-time position with a strong project backlog.
