Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will assist in the setup, execution, and teardown of various events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment.

- Support event coordinators with on-site logistics and ensure all event details are executed as planned.

- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing any questions or concerns.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event areas before, during, and after events.

- Collaborate with vendors and other staff to ensure seamless event operations.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of events.
