The Client Service Associate is a key point of contact for clients and plays an essential role in delivering an outstanding client experience. You will support advisors, manage daily operations, process paperwork, and ensure client requests are handled efficiently and accurately. You will use your excellent customer service, polished communication, and problem‑solving skills to confidently meet the service needs of our clients and partners.
Whatyou’ll do
- Serve as the frontline contact for client phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clients feel cared for and well‑informed.
- Open new client accounts with precision and in accordance with compliance standards.
- Process account updates, beneficiary changes, transfers, and required documentation.
- Assist with client meeting preparation.
- Prepare, manage, and submit paperwork for a variety of client and internal requests.
- Maintain organized, compliant records and support ongoing regulatory needs.
- Initiate and process money movements, transfers, RMD requests, and other financial transactions securely and on time.
- Track client requests from initiation through completion with clear communication throughout.
- Assist with daily operational tasks and provide cross‑team support as needed.
- Help maintain smooth workflows and uphold a high standard of client care.
- Assist with client appreciation events and special events as needed, holiday cards, and assist with e‑newsletters, databases, and mailings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; positive, professional phone presence.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Wealth Box and/or Redtail is a plus.
- A forward‑thinking, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client and team needs.
- Customer‑first attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or a similar client‑facing role preferred.
