Position OverviewMCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for call center representatives to support our "Get Out the Vote" initiative. In this role, you will make outbound phone calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable representing the Republican Party, have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and be highly reliable.

Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
- Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments as needed
- Follow client program processes and perform tasks courteously and professionally
- Utilize systems and technology for account management
- Document and process customer claims accurately
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
- Use knowledge base and training to answer questions
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and customer information
- Escalate issues to management appropriately
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving
- Attend training and review materials to stay updated
- Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry on a computer
- Fluent in English (reading and speaking)
- Wired high-speed internet (20
Mbps+) - Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Availability for scheduled shifts, including training
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reliable with good attendance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, patient)
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage
- Strong team and customer focus
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- 1 year of customer service or support experience
- Work-from-home experience
- State or federal work experience
