SUITE 102 [Medical Records Clerk] As a Patient Accounts Team Lead at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Handle patient calls via phone to obtain information necessary to resolve concerns or complete tasks;
Work with Customer Service Manager and peers to resolve issues associated with customer service;
Assist patient inquiries by resolving timely and providing accurate information for issue resolution;
Monitor incoming call volume to assure patient satisfaction;
Review and/or create daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned.
