About the POSITION
A well-established pediatric-focused practice in Richmond, VA (Forest Hill area) is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. This multi-specialty facility emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care for children of all ages and offers:
A warm, family-friendly environment designed specifically for children.
Full-spectrum pediatric services, including preventive care, restorative treatments, pulpotomies, sedation options, and special needs dentistry.
Affordable, accessible care with most major insurance plans accepted, plus an in-house discount program for uninsured families.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry with a gentle, patient-centered approach. The practice also places strong emphasis on educating children and parents to build lifelong healthy habits.
Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (Tuesday–Friday or Monday–Wednesday/Friday preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
Daily minimum guarantee with transition to 32–35% of adjusted production
, or option to work as 1099.PTO with paid holidays.
