Our group at Brown, Reynolds, Snow and Lenoir Dentistry in Patterson is looking for an Associate who brings integrity, warmth, and a patient and team first mentality. • Full-time General Dentist position
• Minimum salary: $160,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid
• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

• Busy, family-focused practice with strong patient loyalty
• Consistent new patient flow and full clinical schedule
• State-of-the-art digital technology, including intraoral cameras and digital x-rays
• Clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership
• Team culture built on trust, compassion, and excellence
• Annual team mission trips to the Dominican Republic

• $160,000 annual salary – move to higher earnings through collections
• Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week
• Paid malpractice insurance
• 401(k) with immediate eligibility
• $2,000 Annual CE Allowance + In-house Continuing Education opportunities

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
  • Restorative procedures
  • Extractions (simple and surgical)
  • Crown & Bridge
  • Endodontics (Root Canals)
  • iTero scanning
  • Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
