Baskervill is looking for an experienced
Architect or
Project Designer to join our growing
Manufacturing and Logistics team. In this studio, you will be working on everything from advanced manufacturing facilities to technology-rich projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate the in-house production teams in close collaboration with the project architect and/or studio director. Sound interesting? Let’s talk.

• Assist with the development of conceptual, schematic, and presentation materials for manufacturing and logistics building types
• Participate in interviews, proposals and presentations; communicate with clients & consultants throughout all phases of the project
• Maintain quality control by utilizing established company tools and standards
• Assist with processing and reviewing RFI’s, shop drawings, submittals, and samples expeditiously
• Determine applicable building/zoning codes & implement into the design
• Lead and mentor junior designers

• 5-10 years of professional architecture experience
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
• Manufacturing, industrial and/or warehouse experience required
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and the full Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment
• Experience in personnel supervision and fostering professional development in others
• An interest in growing in your role
• The willingness to occasionally travel, as there may be limited travel required
