We are looking for a flexible, independent Associate Optometrist to work with a Subleasing Doctor at Target Optical in Richmond. The role is available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, with professional autonomy and a full scope of practice.

Practice model
:
Independent doctor of optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica). You will provide optometric care in a fully furnished office staffed by the subleasing Doctor, who operates the retail side of the store.

• Diagnose and treat patients' visual conditions.
• Prescribe lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with the subleasing Doctor to coordinate care and operations.
• Maintain professional autonomy with no company‑imposed quotas.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients.
