A leading healthcare facility in Richmond, VA is seeking a Board-Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a locum tenens position. This role offers a varied practice setting, including inpatient, outpatient, and clinic work, providing support during the recruitment of a second physician. • Stipends:
  Only mileage is reimbursed for local providers

• Weekly direct deposit
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Supportive credentialing assistance
• Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
• Flexible scheduling (optional if applicable)

• Provide comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients in various settings
• Perform and interpret electrocardiograms (EKGs)
• Supervise 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
• Collaborate with other cardiologists and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

• Board-Certified in Cardiology
• Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified for Advanced Heart Failure
• ACLS Certification
• Active VA license
• Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and LVAD experience
• DEA license

• Monday-Friday, full-time schedule
• Night and weekend call on a rotating basis

• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Strong clinical skills in non-invasive cardiology
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Leadership and supervisory experience with healthcare providers
