Aligned Cardio Partners is seeking an Electrophysiologist to join our team at James River Cardiology in Richmond, VA, where our guiding principle is to provide exceptional care to our patients by offering personalized attention to their cardiovascular health. Our physicians and staff are experienced in the most state‑of‑the‑art and innovative technology, yet still understand the importance of human communication and compassion when caring for others.

14 Physicians (4 Non‑Invasive, 7 Interventional, 2 Electrophysiology, 1 Interventional Radiology) along with a team of 18 Advanced Practice Practitioners.

6 clinics, 2 Office‑Based Labs (OBLs) and an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) equipped with the latest technology.

• Doctor of medicine degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Active Virginia Medical License or willing to apply
• Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions
• Excellent clinical judgement and decision‑making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues
