The Business Essentials Unit in the School of Business at Virginia Commonwealth University is recruiting a pool of applicants for adjunct faculty positions on an ongoing basis. Should funding for such adjunct teaching positions become available, the Undergraduate Studies Office will contact persons in the pool whose credentials match our teaching needs. This pool will be accessed only when an opening arises.
Note that we are unable to hire applicants who are not already in the pool.
Course: BUSN 301:
Career and Professional Development
Enrollment is restricted to majors in the School of Business who have completed at least 24 credit hours (sophomore standing). This course prepares students to enter and succeed in the business world by examining organizational practices, developing a professional style, creating a career plan, and marketing themselves for internships or jobs.
Position Responsibilities
As an Adjunct Instructor, you will support the School of Business strategic plan and hold regular online office hours.
