Position Overview
CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Elementary Special Education Instructional Support Coach at Corron and Richmond Elementary School.
Education and ExperiencePEL with LBS1 K-12 or K-5 endorsement required, Master’s preferred. Minimum 3 years of successful teaching experience (preferred) in supporting students with a variety of learning and behavioral disabilities. Experience in writing compliant IEPs and facilitating IEP meetings. Experience in delivering systematic and explicit instructional practices. Proven ability to work cooperatively and effectively with colleagues, including the ability to create and nurture a professional community of adult learners.
Sound literacy knowledge, proactive supervisory skills, dependability, knowledge of current best practices required.
