Reading Specialist

Veritas School is seeking a Reading Specialist to support struggling readers through data-driven, "pull-out" methods of remediation. The Reading Specialist will use DIBELS and other diagnostic tools to target phonological awareness, fluency, spelling, and early literacy skills, while collaborating closely with K–2 teachers and school leadership to assess needs, plan remediation, model lessons, and support professional development. This role also includes communicating student progress with parents, contributing to the development of the JK–6 language arts program, and participating fully in the life of the school.

The ideal candidate is a mature Christian educator who is energetic, organized, flexible, and committed to biblical, gospel-centered instruction, with strong communication and leadership skills.
