Pure Barre Richmond is seeking passionate, dynamic, and confident individuals to join our teaching team. As a Pure Barre Teacher, you'll inspire, motivate, and energize our community through expertly led group fitness classes that deliver incredible results.

What Youll Do:

Lead high-energy, music-driven Pure Barre classes that adhere to our signature technique

Guide clients of all fitness levels through safe and effective workouts

Foster a supportive, empowering environment that keeps clients coming back

Learn and master Pure Barres training method through in-depth certification

Collaborate with a close-knit team of instructors and studio staff

Represent the Pure Barre brand inside and outside the studio

What Were Looking For:

A passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed

Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking in front of a group

Strong musicality and the ability to lead to the beat

Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mentality

Prior fitness or dance experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to complete the Pure Barre training and certification program

Availability Requirements:

Must be available 23 weekdays (Monday-Friday) to teach a minimum of 4 classes per week

Participation in rotating weekend shifts is expected

Teaching schedule is created in 6-week blocks for consistency and flexibility
