Work Schedule:

Part‑time teaching position needed to start in the spring 2026 semester, and the work schedule varies based on the class schedule.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, variable hours between 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Job Duties
  • Teach various day, night and online courses, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation and ::= grades.
  • Complete Canvas training.
  • Recruit and advise students.
  • Assist students with job placement.
  • Perform brown other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
Special Assignments
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
  • May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of anPWM emergency declaration by the Governor.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Health, Physical Education or related field, or Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Health/ Physical Education.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to utilize campus resources including software and college learning management systems.
  • Ability communicates to disposal and use sound judgement in decision making.
  • Ability to adjust to change, met deadlines, and perform multiple tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of faculty, staff, enrolled students, prospective students, and community members.
  • Skilled in written and oral communication.
  • Skilled in monitoring, mentoring, and evaluating.
  • Skilled in developing, implementing, and communicating college policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in problem‑solving and working effectively with administration, faculty, staff and students.
  • The ability and willingness to market the program to potential students of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Commitment to teaching excellence with an enthusiasm for teaching.
  • Ability to use technology to enhance instruction.
