Solterra School is seeking an Adaptive Teacher to lead a classroom for students with significant cognitive, communication, behavioral, and sensory needs. The role emphasizes individualized instruction aligned to each student’s IEP goals and close collaboration with BCBA, RBTs, and related services.
Hours are 8:00am–3:30pm, on-site, with a salary range of $75,000–$95,000 per year. Qualifications include a Virginia Special Education license and relevant experience; a Master’s is preferred.
