Project Engineer (PM Track)

• Communicate effectively with subcontractors about the project and scope of work.
• Demonstrate a working understanding of common materials in our projects.
• Understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, submittals, and shops.
• Walk the project site and recognize details in the field.
• Execute follow-up correspondence to assist in project tasks.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
• Provide other ad‑hoc reporting as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team player comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Ability to maintain focus while working in a high‑level, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
