You’ll partner closely with facility technicians, contractors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day facilities operations and facilities maintenance activities.
  • Perform load studies, capacity analysis, and evaluations for facility infrastructure.
  • Manage projects such as installing racking systems, office buildouts (e.g., new second‑floor expansion), and facility upgrades.
  • Coordinate with third‑party installers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project quality, schedule, and compliance.
  • Oversee and track progress across 40+ capital expenditure projects totaling over $20M.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of eight facility technicians/maintenance personnel (no direct reports).
  • Identify opportunities for facility improvements, safety enhancements, and energy efficiency.
  • Ensure all facility systems and projects comply with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.
  • 2+ years of engineering experience within manufacturing, industrial environments, or fabrication settings.
  • Strong understanding of facilities systems, maintenance processes, and plant operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams.
  • Ability to perform load studies, capacity planning, and infrastructure assessments.
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

What We Offer
