• Lead the design of cutting-edgeHVAC systemsfrom concept to construction documents.
• Spearheadbusiness developmentefforts in Tampa, Virginia, and nearby regions—especially with municipalities and school districts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliverMEP solutionsfor K-12 schools, universities, healthcare, commercial, and government facilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meetbudget, schedule, and performance goals—every time.

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering(ABET-accredited)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years in consulting engineering or A/E firms
• Proven experience inRevitand MEP construction documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
• Business development and project management experience
