What you’ll do- Responsible for BOM accuracy and alignment to Henkel standards.
- Mange MOC process associated with BOM and process changes.
- Through team interaction and data collection will assist Operations by preparing reports, identifying production trends, and providing recommendations in:
- Any necessary department controls and procedures
- Reducing quality errors by identifying product defects and establishing corrective methods.
- Implementing appropriate plans to improve profitability by maximizing efficiency to include waste, speed, delay, and raw material usage using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- eading or participating in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), to identify and mitigate potential risks in chemical and operational processes.
- Research, justify and implement new processes and equipment.
- Bachelor’s in chemistry/chemical engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Experience with SAP & BOM management.
- Familiarity with HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and environmental regulations.
- Quickly identifying process problems and coming up with technical solutions.
- Enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, or improving product quality.
- Must have great communications skills.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00- $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
