Plant Continuous Improvement Leader

Change Leader Reports to the Plant Leader. Focus on improving operational performance by strengthening Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices across the plant. This role partners with the Plant Leader and the Business Integrated Operations CI Leader to identify priorities, lead improvement projects, and build long term Operational Excellence capability. Works closely with other sites to share best practices and support consistent methods.

• Build an Operational Excellence Roadmap tied to business objectives and plant maturity needs
• Lead the plant Program Management Office including project pipeline, decision reviews, and benefit validation
• Plan and guide the rollout of the OpEx Framework at the site
• Lead and coach improvement projects from problem definition through financial validation using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile tools
• Facilitate workshops and hands on learning such as 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and OpEx Academy training
• Monitor the success of improvement plans and help teams sustain results
• Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities and write clear project charters
• Participate in network meetings and support sharing of successful practices across sites
• Train plant teams on new tools, methods, and processes
• Serve as a local champion for impact tracking and validation

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Technologies
• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Minimum five years experience in continuous improvement or related roles
• Strong background in process leadership, project management, and change leadership
• People leadership experience preferred
