Supervising Mechanical Engineer, (PE license required) – Senior Leadership Role

We’re seeking a Supervising Mechanical Engineer to lead complex projects, serve as the Engineer of Record, and mentor a high-performing engineering team. You’ll oversee design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical systems for high-impact projects in Healthcare, Federal, Critical Facilities, Commercial, and Aviation sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise engineering staff, driving technical excellence
• Act as Engineer of Record and guide projects from concept to completion
• Oversee mechanical system design, standards, and specifications
• Manage Construction Administration tasks, proposals, and contracts
• Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team culture

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (PE license required)
• 15+ years in consulting (MEP focus) + 7+ years PM experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory leadership role
• Proven Healthcare design experience (other sectors a plus)
