Overview
We are currently seeking an entry level Water Resource Engineer to join our team in our Richmond, VA office. The engineer will work on a multi-disciplinary team developing hydrologic analysis, hydraulic design and stormwater management compliance in development of construction contract plans and documents to support federal, VDOT, other State DOT agencies, and Municipal Localities transportation projects.

- Develop hydrologic analyses, hydraulic design and stormwater management concepts as part of transportation project documentation.
- Prepare construction contract plans and documents to support federal, state, and municipal transportation projects.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver compliant and buildable designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 0-4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and in a design group setting
- EIT certification is a plus
