- 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in a leadership role at a startup or established company
- Full stack proficiency with deep expertise in both backend and frontend technologies
- Experience in enterprise platform ownership and managing high-performance engineering teams
- Strong technical background in infrastructure, architecture, and devops
