Federal Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA / Savannah, GA / Charleston, SC / Raleigh, NC / Richmond, VA

Primary Position Duties: Oversee scoping, pricing, quality management, resource scheduling, and final delivery of multiple task orders on Architecture & Engineering Indefinite Duration, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts awarded by the U.S. Federal Government. Manage multi‑disciplinary A/E design teams, including subcontractors, for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC), and/or the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Position Requirements:

  • Required:

    Licensed Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, Construction Manager, or Project Management Professional.
  • Required:

    10+ years managing A/E IDIQ design projects and task orders.
  • Required:

    10+ years working and leading contracts for the United States federal government.
  • Preferred: 5+ years working with USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or Dept. of Veterans Affairs on A/E design contracts.
  • Able to travel up to 25%.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pre‑employment drug test and background check required.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Education or

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, required.
  • PE, RA, or PMP, required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
